Refund Policy

At Daily Zen Finds, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures to ensure your satisfaction. 


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


Daily Zen Finds will offer you a replacement if your order shipped to you is broken, lost, or defective. 


If the item you have ordered from our store meets any of the above conditions, please send your inquiry to support@dailyzenfinds.com with evidence (high-quality image or video of the item).


Please Note Daily Zen Finds is not liable for missing packages due to "insufficient address" or similar reasons. We will send out the packages to the address provided to us. Any issues with incorrect shipping address provided to us are not our fault, and we will not be responsible for refunding or resending.



Cancellation 

Order cancellation, with an immediate refund to the customer, can only be made within 24 hours of purchasing the item. If your order has already been processed and shipped in that case you cannot request an immediate order cancellation and will have to wait for your order to arrive and return it to our warehouse to get your refund. 


Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, if you receive a damaged, defective, or a wrong item, you must submit a high-quality image or video of the damaged or defective item within 7 days of delivery or being deemed lost. so that we evaluate the issue and proceed with a replacement. 



Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 



Refunds 

Once we’ve received your request and inspected it and it's approved. If we are not able to provide you with a replacement or for any reason you don’t accept a replacement, we will fully refund you using your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
